Newsletter AdsYou design your own ad. Your graphics and message will reach approximately 1400 members via email and snail mail (as of September 2007 and our numbers keep increasing)!
$30 for a 1/8 page ad for one month
$55 for a quarter-page ad for one month
$180 for a one-page insert for one month with our printer doing the printing (b&w only on any colored paper)
$90 for a one-page insert for one month with you providing the inserts; inserts should be provided in electronic form. Contact the office for acceptable formats (either PDF or Word are generally acceptable).
Focus ConferenceWe will run your logo in our monthly newsletter and our conference's proceedings. For conference donations valued over $200, we will print a half-page article on a subject that technicians would find useful. This would not be an ad, but rather an informative piece of your choosing about your products and/or services.
Date: January (wither 22 or 30) 2011, 1 PM to 5 PM
Attendance: around 200-225 people

$130 for a full page ad in the proceedings (Our proceedings contain the notes for the sessions and your advertisement b&w. If you wish to do an ad in color, you will have to provide enough copies.)
$250 food / beverage sponsorship (In addition, we would run a full-page ad in the proceedings and you would qualify for an article in the newsletter as mentioned above.)
Annual Spring Conference

$180 for a "mini booth" (Deliver your books, pamphlets, etc. to the office ahead of time. We will take them to the conference, set up a nice display equaling half a table length, and then send back any items to you if requested [you would pay for return postage]. The advantage to you is that it won't cost any staff time to actually attend the conference. If you'd like to send a representative, you're welcome to. We started the booth feature at the April 2002 conference and have had great success with it. The technicians really enjoy checking out the tables and seeing what is the latest information in the field.)
$240 for a full-page ad in the proceedings and a "mini booth"
Raffle items: Anything, big or small, will be accepted to raffle off at the membership lunch. You will be acknowledged for your donations.
