CVMA Convention - Keystone - September 2009

VetMania! 2009

Several acts from the veterinary community took the stage at the Colorado Veterinary Medical Association's annual convention on Thursday, September 17 in Keystone. This year's fundraiser for CVMF was billed as VetMania!, a variety show highlighting the veterinary community's talents. Proceeds from the event support CVMF's mission to make Colorado a better place for animals and people. Plans for VetMania! 2010 are underway and we are looking for six to eight acts to fill the roster. If interested, contact Sharon Kay Brown, director of development, at 303.539.7635.

Thank you to our 2009 acts: Colorado Association of Certified Veterinary Technicians, Bog Spavin Band, Care Animal Hospital, Dr. Carolyn Karrh of Harrison Memorial Animal Hospital, Barry McKenna of Grady Medical Supply, Dr. Ingrid Pyka of Harrison Memorial Animal hospital and partner, Jerry Olson. A special thanks to Dr. Kevin Fitzgerald who served as our emcee, to Ft. Dodge Animal Health for their generous sponsorship, and to all our donors who's giving that evening totaled nearly $2,500!
